Wes has been with the company since 2012. He brings with him 20 years of experience in public infrastructure and engineering services for program development. His job description covers a wide range of disciplines. He is a key component to the tendering & bidding process, project management and our safety program.
Assistant General Manager
Michael has been with the company since 2009. He brings with him 30 years of experience in the construction and road building industry, he started in the late 1980’s and moved to project management in 2000. He is an important role as he oversees all estimating, tendering, the project management and meeting with the engineers and clients.
Del joined the company in 2008. As the construction manager he brings a vast amount of experience as he has been in the paving and construction industry since 1977. He has been involved in small projects up to multi million dollar projects throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
James joined H. Wilson Industries in 2004. He started his career in public accounting, he continued his education to obtain his bachelor degree with an accounting major in 1989 and achieved his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. He brings with him almost 20 years of experience, working with a variety of clients and in a wide variety of industries.
Senior Resource Officer
Dion has been with H. Wilson Industries since 2014. He brings with him extensive construction experience, many professional credentials and training certificates as well as 13 years of being a dedicated safety professional. Being our senior safety officer he inspects all our jobs, trains the workers on safety issues and implements all our company safety procedures.
Originally Allan joined H. Wilson in 2004 as a heavy equipment technician apprentice. He continued his apprenticeship and achieved his red seal in 2008. With his many years of experience and numerous certificates and licenses he was promoted to shop manager in 2012. Along with the truck supervisor he is responsible for the regular scheduled maintenance of over 100 trucks and trailers and over 100 pieces of heavy equipment.
